Public Review Draft Environmental Impact Report Now Available!
The Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is available for public review! Prepared in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Draft EIR evaluates potential environmental impacts associated with the proposed General Plan Update. The analysis addresses a broad range of topics, including air quality, biological and cultural resources, greenhouse gas emissions, water quality, land use, transportation, public services, utilities, wildfire, and cumulative impacts.
Send us your comments! The public is invited to review the Draft EIR and submit comments during a 46-day public review period beginning Friday, July 24, 2026, and ending Monday, September 7, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Comments may be submitted by email, postal mail, or hand delivery to:

Public Review Draft General Plan
The Public Review Draft General Plan is now available!
The Public Review Draft General Plan incorporates the comments and revisions received from community members, City staff, Planning Commission, and City Council since November 2025. This is also the draft of the General Plan that will be used to assess potential environmental impacts of the General Plan through the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) process.

Public comments received on the Public Review Draft General Plan will be reviewed by the Project Team and presented to the Planning Commission and City Council at the General Plan adoption hearings tentatively scheduled for the end of 2026.
